ADiOS Terms of Service

What ADiOS does

ADiOS lets an authorized user connect social media accounts they own or are permitted to manage, produce and review short-form video and captions, schedule approved content, publish it to those connected accounts, and review how it performed. ADiOS is an internal tool for our own team and is not offered for public sign-up.

Eligibility and accounts

Access requires Google sign-in against an allowlist of authorized team accounts. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the credentials used to access ADiOS and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Connected accounts and approval

When you connect a social media account, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to act on its behalf. ADiOS acts only within the permissions that account grants, and you may disconnect at any time from the settings page or revoke access from the platform directly.

ADiOS is approval-first. Content is not published to a connected account until a user has reviewed the video and caption, selected the destination platforms and visibility settings, and explicitly approved the post.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you upload, generate, and publish through ADiOS. You are responsible for that content and for ensuring you hold the rights necessary to publish it.

You agree not to use ADiOS to:

• publish content you do not have the rights to distribute;
• violate the terms, community guidelines, or developer policies of any connected platform;
• publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content, or content that misrepresents its origin;
• post undisclosed paid promotion or branded content where disclosure is required;
• attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, spam protections, or authentication.

You must comply with applicable law and with the rules of every platform you connect. Platform rules control: where these terms and a connected platform's terms conflict for activity on that platform, the platform's terms govern that activity.

Third-party platforms

ADiOS depends on APIs operated by third parties. Those platforms may change, restrict, or withdraw access at any time, which can interrupt or disable features without notice. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of any third-party platform.

Availability

ADiOS is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party systems and is not guaranteed to occur at an exact time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of these terms. You may stop using ADiOS at any time and disconnect your accounts. On termination, stored data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ADiOS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animal Feature Film LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of ADiOS.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
