ADiOS Privacy Policy
Effective August 19, 2026
ADiOS ("ADiOS", "we", "us") is operated by Animal Feature Film LLC. ADiOS is a content operations workspace used by our own team to create, review, schedule, and publish approved short-form video to social media accounts that we own or are authorized to manage. This policy explains what data ADiOS handles, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
Who this policy covers
ADiOS is an internal, invitation-only tool. Accounts are limited to authorized team members, and access is granted through Google sign-in against an explicit allowlist. ADiOS is not offered for public sign-up and does not create accounts for members of the public.
Data we collect
ADiOS stores only what is required to operate the product:
- Team member identity. The email address and display name of the authorized user who signs in.
- Connected account credentials. OAuth access and refresh tokens for social platforms the user connects, along with the platform account ID, handle, and display name.
- Content we create. Draft captions, generated and uploaded video and image files, scheduling times, and approval state.
- Published post metadata and performance. Post IDs, publish timestamps, and aggregate metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, and saves for posts on the connected accounts.
ADiOS does not collect data about members of the public beyond the aggregate, non-identifying engagement counts that platforms report for our own posts. We do not build profiles of individual viewers.
TikTok data specifically
When a user connects a TikTok account, ADiOS requests only the scopes it uses:
user.info.basic— the open ID, display name, and avatar of the connected account, used to show which account is connected.video.list— the connected account's own public videos, used to sync post records and refresh performance metrics.video.publish— used to publish a video the user has explicitly reviewed and approved inside ADiOS, with the privacy level the user selects at approval time.
TikTok tokens are used only to perform these actions for the account that granted them. ADiOS never posts to TikTok without an explicit, per-post human approval inside the product.
How we use data
Data is used to operate the features the user asked for: connecting accounts, generating and reviewing drafts, publishing approved content, and reporting on how that content performed. Aggregate performance data also informs our own editorial decisions about what to make next.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising targeting.
Service providers
ADiOS runs on third-party infrastructure that processes data on our behalf: application hosting and file storage, a managed PostgreSQL database, and AI providers used to draft captions and analyze content we created. These providers act as processors under contract and may not use the data for their own purposes. Connected social platforms receive only the content and settings needed to publish an approved post.
Retention and deletion
Account connection data and tokens are retained for as long as the account remains connected. Drafts, published post records, and performance history are retained while they remain useful for reporting, and are deleted on request.
A user can disconnect any social account at any time from the ADiOS settings page, which deletes the stored tokens for that account. Access can also be revoked directly from the platform's own app permission settings. To request deletion of all stored data associated with an account, email animal@animal.movie. We action deletion requests within 30 days.
Security
Access to ADiOS requires Google sign-in and is restricted to an allowlist of authorized team accounts. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on managed infrastructure with access limited to the operators of the product. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Send any such request to animal@animal.movie and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
ADiOS is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
